Cancelation Policy: If you can not make your appointment and need to reschedule please let us know 24hrs in advanced, failure to do so may result in a penalty fee consisting of 50% of your total service scheduled.
No Show No Call: If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show the next time you would like to rebook you will be asked to leave a credit card on file to reserve your spot with us. Failure to show will resort in 100% of your service fee charged to your card on file.
Holiday Policy: Anyone canceling an appointment last min may be subjected to a penalty of 100% of their service total if we are unable to fill your appointment time. If you do not have a card on file with us to process your penalty fee you will need to pay off your penalty before we take a rebooking your next appointment.
